UKSV helped Everywoman set up the event at the London Hilton, a luxury 5-star hotel located in Park Lane. The venue provided a main conference room and three further smaller rooms for breakouts, together with a delegate registration area.
With a backdrop of two large projection screens against a black cloth background, the morning presentation featured speakers delivering focused presentations on specific topics, using a mixture of talks, interviews and videos to keep the audience engaged.
The main conference room was split into three smaller rooms for the afternoon, for the delivery of six separate breakout sessions. During the lunch break, the audience moved to the networking area, where a large Twitter wall was installed.
The main room was then transformed in only one and a half hours, ready for a glitzy awards dinner. To create the perfect atmosphere for the dinner and awards ceremony, the event space was enhanced with a luminous starcloth backdrop and expertly adjusted lighting, casting a warm and celebratory glow.
UKSV also supplied content management and audio services, a full stage set including design and build, and full audio-video support.
