The Solution

Upon receipt of the brief we set up the necessary technical rehearsals with presenters and translators in multiple locations. This ensured that each live feed broadcast at the correct resolution and allowed translators to understand the timings of the event and content.

For the event we provided webcast support utilising the clients Microsoft Teams platform supported by our in house production studio to facilitate simultaneous translation.

On the day our team set up 2 hours prior to ensure all technical checks were completed and all presenters sound checked and ready. The webcast was delivered from Dubai into 3 languages globally via translators, to an internal audience of 400+ employees.

As well as announcing the new Country Managing Director the event also launched a new employee initiative, via a global video, which was live streamed from UKSV to guarantee a high quality without buffering.
