Beyond that, you then need to find the right agency to on-board and that’s a story for another day. Any new agency will need to demonstrate the requisite business credentials as well as demonstrate the required creativity and that process can take months. If your reasons for the change are not clear cut, you may want to expect some degree of push back from the agency and potentially internally too.
